What girl has never dreamed of living a scene as romantic as that of the pottery in the movie Ghost ?
The flagship title of this movie is Unchained Melody. Contrary to what some have to say, it's not an original composition for Ghost. This song dates from 1955 and became one of the most popular of the twentieth century. We can not count the number of versions - well let's say there are about 500! - In a multitude of different languages.
Back in 1936, when the young Hy Zaret consists the words of this legendary title. The boy remembers his consuming passion for the young Mary Louise Pierce) when he was only 16 years. Unfortunately, our young man is too shy to reveal his feelings so he will retain him forever, this flame. Fortunately for us, this absence of a declaration of love will be turned into song lyrics.
